Job Title: Acute Registered Nurses (RNs)
Location: Newport NEWS and Surrounding Areas
Duration: 13-Week Contracts (Opportunities for Extension)
Schedule: 36 Hours Weekly (Rotating Weekends)
Requirements:
- RN License
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of current specialty experience (within last 12 months)
- Ability to provide BLS, ACLS certifications
- Current PPD, Flu Shot, and Vaccination Records including COVID vaccinations
Travel Packages:
- Available for some assignments (Must live more than 60 miles away from work site)
Qualifications:
- Experience in Catheterization, IV insertion, and Tube feeding
- Proficiency in EMR and EHR systems
- Strong patient care and assessment skills
- Knowledge of physiology
- Previous experience in Critical Care, Med-Surg, Tele, ER, or PCU settings
- Familiarity with Epic and other medical software systems
- Ability to handle airway management and health coaching
- Experience with pediatric patients is a plus
- Ability to perform specimen collection and processing
- Knowledge of Ostomy care and Mammography techniques
