iLink Resources is Hiring a Project Assistant (CB) Near Oakton, VA

Project Assistant- Oakton, VA
Looking for a Project Assistant to join our Oakton, VA office. This candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support by being held responsible for all scheduling through the project, tracking progression and performing data management. 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analysis, data entry, and database management of data. 
  • Database manipulation, creation of formulas, and reports.
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on multiple incoming issues and concerns addressed to various managers. 
  • Manage a variety of special projects.
  • Project scheduling and tracking of deliverables and due dates.
  • Assist with proposal preparation and invoicing.
  • All other duties as assigned. 
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of database management, project administration or similar experience.
  • High school diploma: associates preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficient with all Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good listening skills with the ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.
*Must be legally authorized to work in the US and will not require current or future sponsorship.
