Sr. Manager, Product Strategy

Nashville, TN

Asurion is seeking a highly motivated individual Product Strategy team. The Product Strategy team is the next phase of breakthrough growth. The Solutions Senior Manager of Partner Growth is responsible for developing the product strategy and designing product constructs that solve complex problems for our partners. In partnership with the broader Corporate Strategy team, this person will help define the long-term vision for the organization as well as progress the strategy of more near-term opportunities. In addition, this role will also partner across the business to support high value special projects and initiatives. As a result, this role is critical in preparing the organization for the future by identifying new opportunities and unlocking value throughout the business. This role will also be tasked with presenting and gaining alignment to these opportunities in collaboration and partnership with functional teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Solution Design
  • Utilize industry and partner information to understand prospect business problems, goals and pain points to develop full potential product solutions
  • Collaborate with all enabling teams across all functions to build product solutions to ensure we leverage the best thinking in solution design
  • Leverage a deep understanding of Asurion capabilities and financials
  • Support sell in Partner with Sales and Go to Market team to develop and deliver presentations and proposals Effectively demonstrate value of Asurion products and services with relation to partner pains/problems Partner with Pilot team on pilot design and KPIs Product Alignment
  • Ensure success by liaising with the Product team to ensure constructability and scheduling

  • Proven track record working in a high-growth, fast paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • 4 years experience, ideally in one of the following areas: Consulting, Product Design, Product Management, Product Marketing
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office required
