Astute Business Solutions is an Oracle Cloud partner and PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, and Banner consulting firm based in Dublin, CA. Astute is currently looking for an FTE for the following role:

Job Title: PeopleSoft Sr FSCM Functional Analyst (Procure to Pay/Order to Cash/AP & Systems Setup) (3 positions)

Location: Washington, DC- Baltimore area (On-site two days a week and three days remote)

Type: C2C. Guranteed bonus at the end of the contracting year (between 5-7%)
Duration: 2-5 years

Rate: $95-$105 per hr

Scope of Work

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.

• Defining and capturing business requirements.

• Provide design, development, testing and deployment expertise for customizations or configuration updates.

• Provide all tier level production support.

• Perform system configurations and testing.

• Develop system documentation to include: configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, standard operating procedures, and training materials.

• Provide knowledge transfer to internal subject matter experts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 5 years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.

• 5 years of expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting is a plus.

• 8 years of expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.

• 8 years of expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.

Experience with the following:

• PeopleSoft upgrades and testing

• PeopleSoft selective adoption process

• AWE/Workflow

• Ability to provide expert customer service.

Expert level knowledge of the following:

• SDLC methodology and processes

• SQL

• Oracle 19C databases

• REST-based webservers

• Peoplesoft chart of accounts and the chartfield configuration process in Peoplesoft Financials.

• Purchasing, e-procurement, grants, contracts, general ledger, commitment control, account payables, account receivables/billing (Order-to-Cash), and

• Asset Management/Inventory.
