Aston Carter Remote Healthcare Customer Care Specialists assist Florida members with their health insurance plans and inquiries about their medical coverage, benefits, copays, deductibles, in network / out of network facilities, as well as helping them locate primary care physicians.
Successful Candidates have any of the following Skills:
customer service, call center, Customer support, Customer service call center, Customer service oriented, CSR, medical terminology, inbound call, health care, insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, Bilingual, Retail, Customer care
Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 year of call center experience
• 1 year of healthcare experience (preferred)
• Data entry / computer skills - ability to navigate multiple systems
• High school diploma

**MUST be residing within Florida**

Schedule:

• Shift: Training 6 Weeks 8:30 am-5:00 pm EST M-F and Work Shift available between 8am-7pm EST will

work up to 40 hours weekly.
