Description :

• Assist with manufacturer products lines
• Collect and maintain accurate item specifications and product line details
• Work with vendors and data analysts on any data for discontinued, new, or changing items
• Communicate with inventory and customer service on the status of warehouse orders
• Assist in processing, reviewing, and following up on orders
• Assist with any questions regarding pricing and shipping
• Communicate with manufacturers and customers throughout the day by email and phone to solve any issues that may arise
• Prepare reports and presentations for upcoming sales meetings
• Work with the Trade Show Coordinator on details and specifications for upcoming trade shows for our vendors who will be attending the shows
• Assist in preparing for trade shows - details include submitting any specials that are offered during the trade show, ordering samples and tracking that they were delivered to the show, and creating customer order forms
• Work with data analysts to keep documentation for our vendors updated regularly
• Assist with any other miscellaneous requests made by the sales reps
• Some travel to trade shows
• Will use Excel, Outlook, Word, and PPT
