Description :

• Match shipments to their associated purchase orders and enter receiving data on paperwork
• Record receiving data in company databases
• Prepare and organize received stock for inventory
• Provide customer service via phone and computer (very little phone work-5% of day)
• Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• shift 8 : 30-5 or 9 : 30-6
• 80% data entry / on computer -VERY attention detail
• 20% manual on feet looking for orders
