Hiring a Patient Care Representative II for a Top Healthcare provider

Description:

Seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join the team. Candidate must be comfortable checking patients in, verifying insurance, processing referrals, and assisting with taking inbound calls and rerouting to appropriate department or teams.

Open or closes the office, check voicemail messages every day and call back patients to respond to questions, take telephone messages and route them to the appropriate team,

Check in patients, take insurance cards, verify the insurance, collect Photo ID’s, and take payments, scan in any outside documents.

Check-out give patients orders, give patients After Visit Summery, Phone Operator transfer calls to the appropriate department, make appointments, enter referrals, knowledge of CPT and ICD codes.
