Aston Carter is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Lakewood, WA

Description:

  • Provides management team input to help establish sales goals for assigned area and drive sales achievement; Monitors monthly, quarterly and annual achievement of sales plan.
  • Track win/loss utilizing Salesforce CRM to show individual performance against sales goals.
  • Identify key projects for bid and lead the effort to develop and submit the completed proposals to our customers.
  • Collect necessary information from customers and participate in the creation of quotations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Branch Team Members to ensure the smooth delivery of projects that meet our customer expectations.
  • Maintain sales volume and optimize margins by keeping current with supply and demand, emerging trends, economic indicators, and competitor pricing.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; Reviewing professional publications; Establishing personal networks; Participating in professional societies.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to prospects, customers and partners.
  • Develop new business opportunities in support of sales goals and acquire new accounts to meet company objectives.
  • Represent Custom Bilt Metals at Trade Shows, Trade Association meetings and other related events to promote the company and its products.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, in business administration, marketing or a related discipline or five years of sales experience in a related industry or field. (PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED)
  • Ability to work with general mathematical concepts including fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
