Entry Level Member Service Representative

Pay: $17-$19 hr

Schedule: Mon - Sat 8am - 5pm (40 hour work week. Sunday 1 weekday off!)

Worksite Location: Reno, NV

Contract Length: 6 months Contract-to-Hire

Member Service Representative Job Description:

The day to day job duties of a Member Service Representative will involve building relationships through the telephone and electronic communication with members, assisting members with teller transactions and recommending products that best fit members’ financial needs.

Required Skills:

Outstanding customer service skills!

Ability to empathize with and de-escalate upset customers.

Basic understanding of computer programs.

Highschool Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications Skills:

Ability to work as part of a team

Excellent verbal communication skills

Effective relationship building skills

Bilingual is a plus
