One of the nations largest grill manufactures is looking for motivated Call Center Agent in your area. As a Call Center Agent you will act as the main point of contact between the company and the client, and you must use the utmost care when handling communications to ensure the highest level of service is provided.

• Outgoing and engaging in person and over the phone

Successful Candidates:

Have come from other industries such as retail and hospitality. While call center experience is a plus, you don't need it to get in the door. Have a positive attitude, great work ethic and desire to serve.

Training & Onboarding:

To get started, you will commit to 5 weeks of hybrid training. Training is comprehensive and PTO will not be available during this period. If time off is needed you will be moved to the next training cycle.
