This is an entry-level role (less than 1 year of experience required) with a great family-oriented company! Candidates with a passion for helping others and attention to detail will enjoy a team environment and opportunities for promotions and pay increases - lots of growth!

Job Duties

• Receive, resolve and route inbound calls for alarm repairs from customers and company technicians
• Schedule and route service tickets for repairs
• Assist customers with scheduling repairs
• Assist company technicians with route and schedule management - help ensure they are on time, calling customers to reschedule as needed, etc.
• Provide great customer service to customers needing repairs

Successful Candidates: have customer service experience and excel in fast-paced environments! Entry level experience in a call center preferred. Qualified candidates have basic computer skills, ability to operate a phone line, and communicate via phone with internal and external customers.
