Our large eCommerce client is hiring multiple Transportation Specialists for the Linehaul team. Role will be hybrid onsite in Tempe, AZ. Compensation $21/hr.

Description:

The Transportation Services (ATS) Linehaul team is growing rapidly and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Specialist to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who ship with Inbound Transportation.

As we continues to drive innovation within transportation and logistics, we consistently evaluate our current network shipper defects and drive improvements through shipper coaching and performance management. In this role, the candidate will work directly with shippers to create solutions, and take action to improve shipper performance metrics.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitor, verify, and present data dail
• Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real tim
• Identify transportation defect root cause
• Maintain Daily logs on assigned shippers
• Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers
• Lead Daily Business Review Stand up calls spacer

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 years of Logistics, Supply Chain or experience preferred
• Strong customer service experience
• Understanding of basic data analytical skills
• Experience writing documents on topics such as process improvement proposals.
• Entry level knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and ability to navigate and interpret data
• Interpersonal and customer service skills
