Key Deliverables
Develop and create an aggressive growth strategyAnalyze & improve sales results within each territoryDevelop KPI's for each territoryManage strategic account growthResearch competitive parts growth opportunities both organically and inorganically
Key Activities & Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and oversee strategies and plans to achieve set growth targetsPartner with Regional Sales Directors to enhance parts market approachCreate and maintain accurate records and sales reportsBuild and maintain good, lasting relationships with customersDirect, train and develop parts territory sales managersImprove and grow customer baseResearch and record competitor's market plan, market pricing and market shareIdentify prospective customers and growth opportunities outside the established customer portfolio and product listAssist pricing director in research of market pricingBuild a best in class, customer centric, parts sales teamLead demand planning and distribution teams to ensure high fill rate and on-time delivery.
To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are :
15 or more years of experience in sales and customer serviceDegree in business or marketing preferred or relative experienceInitiative, drive and enthusiasmAfter-market parts experience highly preferredExperience with heavy machinery in the construction or mining industry preferredPrior managerial experienceExcellent communication skillsAbility to think analytically and strategicallyAbility to work independentlyAbility to work calmly under pressurePresentation skillsGood planning and organizational skillsExcellent sales and negotiation skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeProject ManagementProven track record in delivering revenue and margin growth
