Role Type: Contract (Corp to Corp/C2C or 1099)
Responsibilities:
- Using a range of tools and tactics (e.g. scorecards, web usage reports, surveys, client focus groups, polls), track and analyze effectiveness of internal communications activities.
- Create and design campaigns for clients using Adobe Campaign tool.
- Create ongoing tracking and reporting mechanisms for all campaigns.
- Analyze and interpret metrics, communicate findings, and make appropriate recommendations to decision makers, format, extract and manipulate data to support analysis.
- Using authorized AI tools carry out sentiment analysis of the survey comments.
- Create powerful visual representations of data and present easy-to-understand stories by transforming data analysis into dashboards, visualizations, and business intelligence reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. information management, information technology, change management, or other related field) and relevant years of experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Office, Outlook, O365 suite.
- Ability to investigate issues and seek technical assistance, to suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness of solutions based on industry best practices.
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adept in using AI tool, excel, Power BI, and Tableau to analyze and create meaningful visualization of the data.
- Adept in using Adobe campaign to create effective and wide-reaching campaigns.
