ASSYST is seeking a Senior DotNet Developer for our State client in Tallahassee, Florida.
Job Type: Contract (C2C/Corp to Corp or 1099)
Job Location: Tallahassee, Florida (Onsite)
Responsibilities:

• Engage in object-oriented and object-relational design and development utilizing a range of technologies such as web technologies, XML, HTML, MS SQL, Microsoft .Net (VB.Net, ASP.Net), and MS Visual Studio 2003 and 2005 consistently.
• Perform modifications, developments, designs, and maintenance of .NET applications.
• Design model objects including tables, views, and indexes, and offer analytical services for system incidents and enhancements.
• Address system errors and user-defined requirements promptly by processing tickets within specified timeframes.
• Implement system changes and manage user requirements as directed by the Department, ensuring adherence to specified timelines.
• Deliver code to fulfill system functions as per user requirements for each defined ticket within designated timeframes.
• Identify operational efficiencies within systems through analytical services.
• Assist in collecting system requirements and documenting technical objects, business processes, and system processes.
• Conduct testing of database and application code to ensure adherence to system fixes or user-defined requirements.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide necessary support to business program staff.
• Ensure compliance with Department standards and correspond with project teams and internal stakeholders regarding project activities and status updates.

Requirements:

• Project Planning, Organization, Implementation:
• 10 years of experience with SQL server and Oracle databases, including database design and stored procedures.
• 10 years of experience developing applications in C#, .NET framework, MVC, web APIs, and related technologies.
• 5 years of experience with DevOps, Git, and agile development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Tyler Technologies Versa Online, Versa Mobile, and/or Versa Regulation products.
• Experience with Entity Framework, .NET Core, and developing applications in cloud environments, specifically on Microsoft Azure.
• Skilled in web service development and working with Versa Regulation and Versa Online.
• Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and documentation.
• Strong command of PL/SQL programming, structured query language, and web-based application development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead meetings, assign work tasks, and provide mentorship in software development.
