Overview

AssuredPartners is seeking a Regional Marketing Communications Manager to support our West Region. Our West Region is growing and this individual will support communications, engagement internally and externally, and consistent messaging throughout the region. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact between Regional Leadership, local leadership and local agencies. If you are passionate about leveraging marketing efforts to grow teams, elevate clarity in communication and expand our market presence, this role is for you!

This role will be based in Las Vegas, Nevada or Reno, Nevada - with flexible scheduling available.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the internal marketing strategy for the West Region; own strategy and outcomes and measure their impact
  • Engage with executives and leadership to craft messaging and narratives that contextualize day-to-day operations and goals within our region
  • Design written and visual presentations for internal communication including emails, key messaging documents, presentations, etc.
  • Build and deliver communication plans that integrate into the Regional goals
  • Serve as a communication partner to leadership and provide advice on content that promotes our message in a consistent voice
  • Streamline messaging from Region and Platforms to the employee population that is concise, engaging and in-line with our goals and branding
  • Support event planning and execution, both in person and virtual. 
  • Identify external marketing opportunities to support community engagement and visibility in the marketplace
  • Follow AP brand standards and brand management
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Travel is expected to be 25-30%

What You'll Need

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience with a bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Excellent Communication skills: writing and visual storytelling
  • Experience in a similar role with a focus on employee experience and internal communications
  • Proven project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
  • Experience in a similar role with branding, online marketing & social media
  • Understanding of and ability to highlight the positives of change management
  • Tech savvy: ability to navigate multiple systems including design software and Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with various types of media, Print, Digital, Video a plus
