As an IT QA Coordinator Intern, you will work with the Corporate IT QA department to provide support on various projects and initiatives.

What You'll Do

• As the Intern QA Coordinator, you will be working closely with our QA manager to support product improvement efforts through software testing.
•  Analyze system & business requirement specifications, understand acceptance criteria, and ensure traceability between requirements and test coverage.
• Attend key Agile ceremonies, peer reviews on test conditions, test cases, test procedures and test scripts.
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
• Develops knowledge of testing tools, environments, and other applicable technology.
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
•  Help troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• The Intern will learn from, and be supervised by, a mentor of the QA Manager / Leads.

What You'll Need

• A junior, senior student currently enrolled in an under-graduate degree program with a focus on Computer Science, or management in Technology.
• A strong interest in IT QA as a career is preferred.
•  Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Testing practice.
•  Knowledge and exposure to Agile methodologies.
