As our Financial Services Representative you will provide on-going education to plan participants of 401(k), 403(b) and 457 plans including one-on-one financial services training and group-led education meetings.

What You'll Do
- Delivering excellent financial education to participants from a wide variety of financial backgrounds. This includes creation of powerpoints, marketing flyers, educational themes, and topics.
- Delivery of presentations in group-led meetings both virtually and through webinar.
- Delivery of individual financial wellness concepts virtually, through webinar, and through various planning software.
- Maintaining a calendar/schedule of educational topics for delivery to clients.
- Scheduling meetings and providing for on-going availability.
- Following up with individuals and clients after meetings.
- Some travel is required - anticipated to be 4-5 days per month.

What You'll Need
- Bachelors plus three or more years of relevant work experience.
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 or FINRA Series 7 and 66 are required.
- Life and Health License is required.
- Knowledge of financial services is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills.
