AssuredPartners is Hiring a Remote Commercial Lines Account Manager

Overview

AssuredPartners in Kansas City, Missouri is adding to our Commercial Lines Team! We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of clients' insurance needs. As an Account Manager, you will work with various team members to design proper insurance and risk management services while ensuring exceptional service standards for clients.

This is a hybrid position!

Responsibilities

  • Develops complete client information and applications for new and renewal business under the direction of the Producer, Senior Account Executive, or Account Executive.
  • Processes change requests/endorsements, binders, certificates of insurance, account summaries, proposals, policies, lost policy releases, audit, and account balance status when requested.
  • Maintains files with proper records according to company procedures. Maintains good internal file audits results. 
  • Assists in the development of strong business relationships with appropriate insurance carrier personnel. Recognizes and satisfies carrier goals and objectives in order to enhance business relationships. 
  • Ensures accuracy of account information for both new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy in rating, coverage, signatures, and enters these transactions to generate billing invoices in a timely manner.
  • Reviews all premium audits according to Agency procedures recognizing that the Agency must process in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Active Property and Casualty License, required.
  • 2 years of commercial insurance experience, preferably in a broker or agency setting.
  • Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Agency Management software - preference to those with EPIC or Sagitta experience
