We are an award-winning home care agency based in Norwich, Connecticut, and in the process of opening a new location in Warwick, Rhode Island. We are looking to add an Outreach Community Liaison to our team in an effort to enhance our referral network for our home care and private nursing services in New London County Connecticut.

As our organization’s Outreach Community Liaison, you will lead service growth in Southeastern Connecticut. This role is fast-paced and results-oriented, identifying new referral sources, prospects, and opportunities to increase our market share and client base. You will connect with people, motivating and inspiring them to achieve results.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Create and implement a sales and growth plan in our existing territory in New London County CT.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and new referral sources including physicians, case managers, social workers, and discharge planners in hospitals, private practices, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities.
• Census development to meet targeted goals.
• Meeting with prospective clients, signing contracts, and following up to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Participating in public speaking opportunities to continually promote and provide education about the benefits of home care, our training programs, and the services we offer.
• Build collaborative working relationships both internally and externally.
• Actively participate in team sales and marketing meetings as well as relevant community and industry-specific conferences and events.
• Analyze past and current sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or other related field.
• 3 Years experience in the healthcare industry.
• 1 Years experience working in sales, marketing, or community outreach.

JOB TYPE & COMPENSATION:

• Full-time salaried position
• $65K-$68K base compensation based on experience
• Bonus incentives for measurable success in the first 6 months

• Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Monday and Friday Mornings in the Norwich Office
