The applicant must have strong communication and organizational skills, and a moderate degree of technical expertise, with the ability to learn a variety of software programs. The position requires a pro-active, self-motivated and self-disciplined individual.
An understanding of homeowner association governing documents, and prior HOA management experience is strongly desired.
