responsibilities:
  • Managing all IT equipment functionality and providing support to Assured Allies employees, from purchases to installations, troubleshooting, and ongoing assistance.
  • Ensuring compliance with SOC2 and HIPAA regulations through internal IT controls and software management.
  • Overseeing Assured Allies' third-party cloud IT infrastructure, including Google Workspace, Confluence, Slack, and more.
  • Managing users and privileges across various online Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS) platforms such as AWS and our softphone system.
  • Managing ad supporting users utilizing our Salesforce platform.
  • Providing daily help desk support to the team.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience as an IT or system administrator.
  • Familiarity with enterprise computer management software such as JAMF or similar.
  • Experience managing Google Workspace, Atlassian Confluence and Jira, Slack, and other Software as a Service (SAAS) infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in AWS user management, with experience in softphone applications being an advantage.
  • A track record of working effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This position is based at our Needham, MA office and operates within a hybrid environment, requiring on-site presence three days per week.
