General Responsibilities:

The LKiChoice/Lori Knapp Richland Inc. Fiscal Enrollment Specialist is responsible for coordinating in-person referral meetings and paperwork completion to ensure that referrals are handled efficiently and in a timely manner for proper setup.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Care Managers, MCO’s and funding agencies
  • Be the liaison between the corporate office and your region
  • Provide excellent customer service through quick follow-up and resolution to concerns and questions
  • Familiarity with the Fiscal Agent program processes and procedures
  • Upon receipt of a referrals
  • Contact members and hired workers to arrange an in-person enrollment meeting.
  • Assist members and hired workers in completing all required Fiscal Agent paperwork.
  • Work with Account Managers to get completed paperwork sent in for timely set up
  • Assist members with newly hired-workers
  • Provide fiscal agent assistance to members, hired workers, and all fiscal Agent staff as necessary
  • Other duties as needed to maintain a high-quality program

Who You Are:

  • Excellent communication skills via telephone, email, and in-person
  • General math, clerical, data entry, and customer service.
  • Strong data entry and process skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Computer skills using Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Willingness to travel and have reliable transportation
  • A high degree of professionalism and confidentiality regarding all aspects of the position and its responsibilities
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, often competing, priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Client-first mentality with the ability to interact with internal and external clients at all levels.
