General Responsibilities:

The Provider Relations Specialist Role assists providers for the newly launched Independent Living Supports (ILSP) program with onboarding, enrollment, and ongoing support throughout the program (e.g., claims and invoicing) under the Premier Financial Management Services brand in our Wisconsin market.  CHIPPEWA/EAU CLAIRE COUNTY

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Connect with new ILSP providers (non-professional in-home service providers and vendors) and coordinate dedicated support sessions via phone, video, or in-person
  • Educate providers on the ILSP program and their essential duties and responsibilities, including enrollment and invoicing
  • Assist providers in completing all required paperwork using our digital enrollment platform and claims engine
  • Provide ongoing customer service to providers to answer questions, flag concerns, and enhance their program experience
  • Liaison with program participants and Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) staff to align stakeholders on requirements, statuses, and roadblocks in enrollment and invoice processing
  • Conduct initial review of enrollment and invoice forms for completeness and accuracy and conduct follow-up with providers and participants as necessary to finalize the paperwork for submission
  • Track case management of provider enrollment based on service requests and updates from participants
  • Develop regional expertise of provider landscape to support provider identification by service for participants and to liaise with providers on behalf of participants
  • Collaborate with in-office enrollment, customer service, and claims processing teams to finalize processing and resolve customer support tickets promptly
  • Other duties as needed to maintain a high-quality program

Who You Are:

  • Working knowledge of laws and regulations pertinent to essential job functions
  • Excellent communication skills via telephone, email, and in-person
  • General math, clerical, data entry, and customer service
  • Strong data entry and process skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
  • Computer skills using Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
  • The high degree of professionalism and confidentiality regarding all aspects of the position and its responsibilities
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, often competing, priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Client-first mentality with the ability to interact with internal and external clients at all levels
  • Familiarity with the Fiscal Agent program processes and procedures
  • Experience in customer service and onboarding; off-site roles are a plus
  • Regular ability to drive to commercial and residential sites for support, as requested
