General Responsibilities:
An Associate III position must have excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues. The Associate III position will be an efficient leader and trainer of the Associate team. Dedication to maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency will directly contribute to ASD’s mission of providing exceptional customer service to our customers and providers. The goal is to ensure the Participant, Personal Care Worker, and Vendor receive efficient, complete, and timely onboarding. The Associate III position requires independent judgment in preparing and processing fiscal activities and other transactions to ensure compliance with federal, state, waiver, and funding agency guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Enters human resources and vendor documents into the system efficiently and promptly.
  • Review all documents for completeness and accuracy and obtain missing information via phone or email when applicable.
  • Communicates with Case Managers, MCO, and funding agencies.
  • Emails, mail, and phone calls – Read, prioritize, and summarize.
  • Compliance with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
  • Unemployment and Garnishments for PCW
  • Update of direct deposit and address information for PCW’s
  • Serves as a backup on phones during peak times to ensure service levels are being met if needed
  • General math, clerical, data entry, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office with a specific focus on Microsoft Excel.
  • Work independently, with limited direction, and excellent time management skills.
  • Manage multiple projects and work assignments.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
