Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a STNA at Assurance Health System located in the Toledo, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide direct patient care and assist nursing staff in delivering quality care. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring patients' conditions, documenting patient information, and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• STNA certification
• Experience working with geriatric patients
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare professionals
• Strong observation and documentation skills
• Ability to work well in a team and follow directions
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred: 1 year experience in Geriatric/Senior Behavioral Nursing.
