*$12K SIgn on Bounus: Annual paid monthly over 1st 12 months *
Assurance Health System is a 22-bed, short term, Inpatient Geriatric Hospital, focusing on the mental health needs of our senior population. We have a dedicated staff of providers, nurses, and social workers, providing much needed, highly specialized, and compassionate psychiatric care for our aging population.
Our average "stay" for our patients is 14 days. We average 98% occupancy. We currently have 4 hospitals which are operational. With rapid growth plans, we are opening several more facilities within the next year.
- Work with geriatric patients and their families
- Work directly with psychiatrist

- Master’s Degree in Social Work
- State license required
- Prefer 3 years relevant health care and mental health experience.
