- Create game plans and strategies for competitive matches
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment
- Monitor player behavior and enforce team rules and discipline when necessary
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate team activities
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct volleyball practices and training sessions
- Develop and implement effective coaching strategies and techniques
Qualifications:
- Previous experience coaching volleyball at the high school or college level
- Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage player behavior and maintain a positive team culture
- CPR/AED certification
-Preference given to Catholic candidates
