Ensures high quality clinical services through oversight, consultation, staffings, and regular supervision for assigned programs. Monitors multiple programs’ supervisors and staff performance and the quality and documentation of their services. Provides clinical and administrative guidance and supervision. Meets with program supervisors to identify and address service and training needs, to assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of program initiatives and to monitor program performance in reference to funding and accreditation entities. Provides clinical oversight of crisis intervention. Serves as interim supervisor as needed. Represents agency and program effectively in the community, and assists in building collaborative relationships with other providers, teams, facilities, and entities.
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related social services area from an accredited university or college.
Minimum 1 year previous experience supervising programs in the Behavioral Health field.
Experience working with multi-ethnic populations.
Complete 12 hours of field related training within a year.
LSW or LPC required; LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW preferred.
Must have daily use of a car, current insurance, valid driver’s license, and a driving record acceptable to Agency insurance carrier.
Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, holidays during emergencies.
