Case Manager - Employment Specialist

Since 1961, The Association for Individual Development (AID) has served individuals with developmental, intellectual, physical and/or mental health challenges, those who have suffered a trauma, and those at risk. What will you be doing?

• Manage a caseload and developing a client-centered individual plan for each assigned client
• Be familiar with and maintain all applicable program and agency rules and regulations
• Work with a team of Employment Specialists, Case Managers, QIDP's, agency staff and local employers in developing community employment opportunities for individuals
• Assist and provide support for clients with disabilities in developing positive relationships with community employers

What will you bring to the table?

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of experience working in behavioral health or experience working with individuals with disabilities required
• A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services, special education or related field preferred
• Valid IL Driver's License and Auto Insurance required
