Association Analytics Inc is Hiring a Project Manager - Client Success Near Arlington, VA

OVERVIEW

Association Analytics, the leading analytics solution provider in the association space is looking for talented project managers for its newly formed Client Success Team. The Client Success Team is accountable for providing customer support to our clients as well as on‐time, within‐budget delivery of all product development and product implementation projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers get maximum value from our products and services. You will set them up for success, guiding them through our implementation process to drive adoption and usage throughout their lifecycle. You will provide a positive customer experience that results in strong retention and referrals.

The ideal candidate will be someone with excellent communication skills who relishes delivering results and hitting timelines. You must be customer-focused, organized, and driven by problem solving. Lastly, in this role you’ll oversee several projects at one time, so having the ability to multitask and adapt accordingly is important.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Manage client communications and expectations throughout implementation and delivery following A2 standard processes.
  • Drive adoption and customer success by walking customers through their set-up process and adoption phases, including trainings, and being an available resource.
  • Deploy Acumen solutions to meet client business requirements.
  • Serve as primary contact/ project manager for client engagements.
  • Develop client requirements into User stories.
  • Apply thorough understanding of client data and business rules to manage data validation.
  • Advocate for customer needs by working with internal partners to identify and address any issues
  • Administer JIRA projects including managing workflows, Kanban/Scrum boards, etc.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, and major milestone timelines for all assigned projects. Creates and manages workflows, Kanban/Scrum boards.
  • Responsible for taking input from the engineer and analysts to develop and maintain the detailed backlog
  • Manage all assigned projects to completion ensuring on-time delivery, meet budgetary demands, and maintain overall project ownership.
  • Create and maintain documentation as needed


REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with providing support and guidance for new client initiation, setup, reporting, project billing, and closeouts ensuring overall project success
  • Proven ability to assist in conducting project planning initiatives to maximize resource scheduling, and utilization across assigned projects
  • Demeanor to establish, maintain and grow customer relationships and support sales presentations and technical demonstrations
  • Skills and confidence to represent A2 at external functions, including business meetings, trade shows, presentations and conferences


PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience with Project Management tools and best practices; Jira suite preferred
  • Previous experience working with membership organization preferred
  • Strong project management knowledge including project risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to simultaneously control numerous projects.
  • Capacity to anticipate, comprehend and manage project dependencies across other initiatives in the organization.
  • Must be collaborative in nature, utilizing exceptional listening and facilitation skills to build effective teams, drive effective outcomes and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent computer skills, including strong understanding of databases and project management software.
  • Self-starter and ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-year Degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in the technology industry (preferably SaaS) in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Project Management or Engagement Management
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing, including presentations
  • A team player working for the betterment of the company with a roll-up your sleeve mentality
  • Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills; sees projects through to completion
