Community Manager with 3-5 years’ experience managing Community Associations.
Job Type: Full-time; Onsite
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
· Work closely with association board members.
· Attend regular and special board meetings and member meetings (requires some evening and weekend meetings)
· Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements
· Act as liaison between board, homeowners, and vendors
· Ensure homeowner compliance with governing documents
· Review existing vendor contracts annually, secure competitive bids for all site services and vendors, and provide detailed analysis with recommendation to boards
· Provide monthly financial reporting to boards, and update boards on status of property projects
· Assist with budget preparation and forecasts, and oversee property budget throughout the year
· Monitor and enforce the terms of all contracts, billings, reconciliations, collection of dues, and other charges in compliance with governing documents
· Review and approve invoices/expenses related to property, and submit for payment
· Update homeowner records as required
· Ensure the highest possible standards of building/property maintenance and appearance by conducting regular property inspections
· Maintain all association records in an organized manner
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Property Management: 3-5 years
· Industry professional credentials preferred, but not required.
· Enthusiastic, team player
· Friendly and helpful in interactions with residents
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Strong sense of customer service
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong computer skills (Microsoft office)
