POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Develop product knowledge in all areas
- Monthly Produce inventory or when requested
- Ability to merchandise and to control shrink
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
- Comply with established procedures, practices, sales, safety and security according to A.G. Supermarkets, Inc. Policies
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Computer Knowledge
- Produce background preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of customers, employees and management.
- Ability to prioritize work tasks, multi-task and maintain focus
- Must have flexible schedule availability
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Work is performed in a typical retail work environment
- Ability to lift weights up to 75 lbs (20-40) lifting frequency
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in different control climate
