Associated Clinic of Psychology is Hiring an IT Manager Near Park, MN
- Manage and lead the IT department, including IT staff supervision, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's objectives.
- Partner with the Technology Director on IT contracts and projects.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT systems, networks, and hardware/software infrastructure.
- Ensure the security of our IT systems and compliance with relevant regulations, particularly in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA).
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and user experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective IT support and solutions.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, including electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Experience with data security and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician, CISSP) are a plus.
