You will be responsible introducing the drug’s assistance program, conducting benefit investigations and navigating reimbursement issues.

Job tasks include entry of patient data, researching insurance benefits, contacting insurers, advising the healthcare provider and / or patient of patients’ benefits, identifying patient access barriers and seeking resources to overcome barriers.

• Start Date : Monday, May 28, 2024
• Location : Overland Park, Kansas - Employees on this team will remain on-site for training then have the opportunity to go remote.
• Schedule : 11 : 30am - 8pm CST Monday through Friday (NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS)
• Pay Range : $18 $22 / hour with an opportunity for growth!

Requirements

• Answers inbound calls and makes outbound calls to introduce services.
• Gathers patient data, addresses the needs of the patient and reviews insurance benefits.
• Records the call details in patient data system.
• Contacts insurers for verification of benefits.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a customer service role addressing customers by telephone and providing information about product / services.
• 2 to 4 years of experience maintaining records of customer interactions and recording details of inquiries.
