Assisting Hands Home Care is Hiring a Direct support professional Near Independence, MO
Assisting Hands is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide direct care and support to seniors in their own homes.
The role of a DSP typically involves assisting individuals with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
They may also help with medication management, transportation, and socialization activities. Additionally, DSPs often provide emotional support, advocate for the rights of the individuals they serve, and help them develop skills for greater independence.
Currently hiring for all hours : Day shift, Evenings, Nights, Weekends.

This is a part time position with the possibility of moving to full-time after the employee has passed a probationary period by proving that they are reliable.

Hourly pay from $15 - 17 depending on experience and qualifications. To be ultimately decided by Care Manager, Juliet.
$16 / hour for a highly experienced caregiver or someone with a CNA license.
$17 / hour for a highly experienced CNA, EMT, or person with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Benefits :
