About the Role
The Company, a popular entrepreneurial support network with a global presence, is seeking a Vice President of People and Culture to lead the development and implementation of a human capital strategy that aligns with the organization's values and objectives. This role is integral in providing high-quality HR services to the global staff, driving employee engagement, and ensuring equitable outcomes for all team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for culture change management, guiding employees on living out the organization's values, and fostering a workplace environment consistent with the company's mission. They will also be tasked with developing strategies for staff and member learning, training, leadership development, and culture adoption, as well as designing and implementing employee wellness and engagement programs.Applicants must have a Master's degree or equivalent education and a minimum of 12 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, or a related field. The role requires a proactive, results-driven, collaborative, and people-centric individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in the international nonprofit sector and knowledge of member association lifecycles are preferred. The Vice President will also serve as the lead executive partner with the Board's Human Capital Advisory Council, oversee the annual HR budget, and ensure that the compensation and benefits programs are competitive in the global community. The ability to travel internationally as requested is essential.
