- Processing warranty claims
- Following through on replacement part orders & installation
- Assisting customers with questions & troubleshooting technical problems
- Travelling up to 10% is possible
- Skills & understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
- J.D. Edwards software experience a plus
- 3-5 years’ experience in a technical or customer service field
- Excellent communication skills to walk technicians through repairs over the phone
- Professionalism
- Team player
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Spanish fluency would be great
