Job Description

ASRC Federal is seeking a Facilities Clerk who is a highly motivated Individual to help support and maintain our facility located in Moorestown, NJ.

The responsibilities of the facilities clerk will be to provide general support to the Operations groups, which include Facilities, Janitorial, Information Technology and Security.

Facilities

• Painting
• Plumbing (repair / replace broken or clogged toilets & sinks)
• Electrical (repair / replace / install lighting fixtures & switches)
• HVAC (respond to hot / cold complaints & basic trouble shooting)
• Shipping & Receiving
• Furniture (repair / replace / install / relocations)
• Service Requests (respond to general facility service requests)
• General Grounds Upkeep (Keep entry ways free and clear of leaves, snow and ice)
• Assist in planning and execution of company related events
• Transport classified materials between sites

Janitorial

• General housekeeping
• Restroom detail & upkeep
• Café & Pantry detail & upkeep
• Respond to spills or over flows throughout the facility
• Keep walkways clear of debris
• Keep picnic table areas clean and trash emptied (shared with other tenants)

Information Technology

• Assist with equipment installation, connection & relocation
• Stock IT equipment upon arrival, inventory and enter into asset database
• Installation & termination of new network cable drops

Requirements

Requirements :

• Must be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a government secret clearance.
• Must have a HS diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of related facilities experience
