Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:

Total Rehab at Moorestown is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join their team in the Moorestown, NJ area. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance of all facilities located within a designated area, as well as assisting in the repair and maintenance of equipment and other equipment. The position requires a person who is organized, able to follow directions, have great attention to detail, and be able to follow established procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on all facilities and equipment assigned
• Perform repairs on all facilities and equipment assigned
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, orders, and work performed
• Perform general upkeep of property according to established procedures which may change from month to month
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager on special projects as needed
• Keep accurate logs of work performed, materials used, and amounts paid
• Ensure proper documentation of work performed and stored in the facility records
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned (preferred)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (clean lifting experience required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.44 per hour

Experience:

• Skilled Nursing Maintenance: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
