What do we need?
We are seeking an experienced team leader to guide the activities of part-time and full-time staff engaged in collections, customer service, billing, and administrative support. Responsibilities include assisting in providing expert process guidance along with billing and collection support. The Team Lead will also be responsible for addressing all staff questions/issues and monitoring the need for continuing education. Team Leads will oversee a specific team or teams that they, along with their Operations Manager, are assigned to work. They will work under the direction of a Supervisor or Operations Manager. The Team Lead’s role is to share their knowledge and skills with the members of the staff and assist other team members with the functions of the team to perform tasks as needed.

The US base pay range for this position starts at $18.00 hourly. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including: job-related skills, experience, education, training, etc., and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary a competitive benefits package is offered.
