Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Training Manager to partner with team members to support the respective Aspire locations.
The Training Manager at Aspire Living & Learning plays a vital role in in coordinating and facilitating Aspire Living & Learning’s training practices and programs. This person is a member of the People and Culture Team, reporting to the work place learning department, championing workplace learning initiatives. The TM will be responsible for learning initiatives at the local level using multi-module l tools in the execution of Aspire’s training program.
Key Responsibilities:
The TM is responsible for implementation of Aspire’s learning, development and training platforms.

Pay Range for this position: $57,000- $65,000
