Aspire Caregiving is looking for a transformational individual that works well with the senior community and can both assist our clients and our caregivers.
Job duties for this position include:
Being a mentor for our caregivers: assisting with training, supervising, guidance and coaching. Keeping up to date with all needed paperwork and documentation.
General Office administration: update employee and client schedules, answer phones, conduct interviews, prepare paperwork and electronic files.
Caregiver Training: conduct new employee orientation, demonstrate correct caregiving procedures with training manikin. Administer training tests and grade results.
Bringing on new clients: This includes conducting needs assessments, following up with prospects/clients, taking calls.
Assisting current clients: Conducting quarterly assessments, following up with concerns and change of care needs, keeping up to date with all needed documentation and paperwork.
Position also requires filling in for care visits when there are open visits. Must be comfortable with all skill needs and care need of individuals.
