Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive website traffic. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a passion for digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Manage all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, blogs, articles, and newsletters
- Monitor social media trends and implement best practices to optimize performance
- Conduct social listening to identify customer insights and sentiment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives
- Analyze social media data and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) for creating visual content
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Proficient photography and/or videography skills are a plus
- Strong relationship management skills to engage with influencers and partners
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and SEO research
