Aspire365 is a 12-month in-home and telehealth treatment program dedicated to addressing patients with both substance use disorders and primary mental conditions. 

Aspire365 is actively seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMH-NP) to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team, dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals and families. This is a contracted part-time position, with the potential for expanded hours, focusing on delivering services through telemedicine and in-person visits.

Maintain current, active professional liability insurance

Remote meeting/video conferencing proficiency, including access to a secure personal computer with a webcam and high-speed internet connection

Experience: At least 2 years of experience providing psychiatric services

$125 - 225 per telehealth session

$225 - 325 per in-person session

Work Location: Hybrid (telehealth and in-person in-home)
