Job Title: Workforce Planning and Staffing Recruiter II Job Location: 11065 GA Hwy 87 Juliette, GA 31046 Work Schedule: 5-8s; Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm (overtime and occasional weekends) subject to change POSITION SUMMARY: The primary functions of this position are to deliver a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers in order to identify, select and hire the best qualified candidates to meet the project specific needs and federal/state legal requirements. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: • Sources, screens, and performs preliminary interviews on potential candidates. • Coordinates site interviews with appropriate hiring manager to select qualified candidates for project specific requirements and make contingent employment offers based on federal/state law. • Manages assigned employment requisitions to include but not limited to reviewing, editing, and final approval of completed requisition. • Tracks and reports data on staffing plan processes using computer software programs that may include MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and other software databases. • Builds and updates job descriptions based on project and scope of work • Coordinates and conducts re-deployment initiatives (proactive communication with employees prior to anticipated end date) • Conducts operational and administrative portions of the hire process (background checks, drug screen, health screen, I9 compliance, E-Verify compliance, employment paperwork, site specific requirements) Other duties as assigned POSITION REQUIREMENTS: • 2 years' prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR administration. • Knowledge of employment laws/compliance • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, Oracle preferred. • High school diploma or equivalent • Technical skill with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Ability to quickly learn Tracking Management System HIGHLY PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Full-cycle recruiting experience • Associates or Bachelor's degree • PHR or SHRM-CP • Experience in: Administration, Customer Service, Human Resources, Industrial Construction and/or Nuclear Industries • Previous experience in high volume recruiting REQUIRED SOFT SKILLS • Excellent people skills including collaboration, communication, presentation, and team building skills • High level of customer service standards • Attention to detail. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Work will be in a general office environment with occasional work in an industrial location. • Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting. • May be required to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
