Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI) is hiring a Manager to support practice operations for a growing group of Aspen Dental-branded practices. This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager of NOO and has potential to grow into a Director position. The Manager of New Office Operations will be responsible for the support of Aspen Dental-branded practices for a designated area. Travel is a must, as a consistent presence in the practices you support and are building is a critical component to sustained success.

Salary: $63,000 – $66,000 / year

Responsibilities: 

• Execute on the strategy created by the Sr. Manager and DVP to drive operational excellence thatsupports organizational standards in assigned classes of De Novo locations. 

• Provide outstanding support for a geographically dispersed practices and field leadership team. This includes recruiting key hires and implementing training and cross training to strengthen service offerings. Responsible for developing an elevated level of excellence with the administrative and operations staff of your supported practices. 

• Partner with PSC department heads to drive optimization and improvement of de novo openings. 

• Drive a strong culture and environment that will support and enable all team members to be successful. Foster accountability, teamwork and mutual trust and respect for all team members through mentoring and coaching activities leading up to De Novo openings. 

• Must have a passion for customer service and satisfaction. You will work to ensure that patients and team members of your supported practices are highly satisfied with their experiences, and we are building the brand in the communities we serve.

• Proven ability to improve retail business processes, methods, quality, and decision-making to achieve meaningful, measurable improvements. 

• Other related functions as requested by supported practice owners and field leaders. 

Experience: 

• 2 years progressive experience managing within a retail, restaurant, or service organization. 

• Profit and loss responsibility with the ability to interpret and act upon financial statements. 

• Proven career progression with positions of increased responsibility. 

• Sound decision-making skills, drive, and desire to succeed. 

• Some college or trade school experience.

• As this position requires daily travel to assigned offices, a valid non-restricted driver’s license, and ability to be insured under employer’s or fleet insurance program
