ResponsibilitiesClient Support: Assist clients with their inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure their satisfaction.
Phone Etiquette: Handle inbound calls professionally, providing information and assistance as needed.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring data integrity.
Problem Solving: Identify and address client concerns efficiently and effectively.
Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with colleagues to deliver seamless service and support in person and on Zoom

RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in customer service is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is beneficial.
