Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and support to our patients. This is a full-time position with various shifts available.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
- Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with resident rights and maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Supervise nursing assistants and other healthcare staff as needed
- Provide support and comfort to patients and their families during difficult times, including hospice care or acute care situations
- Utilize medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and understanding of HIPAA regulations in daily practice
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Manage shifts effectively, ensuring proper handoff communication and continuity of care
- Provide home health services as needed

Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of [State]
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and basic nursing procedures
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Pay: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour
